After a flight information panel fell at an Alabama airport and killed a 10-year-old
boy, personnel from the airport removed the second panel on Saturday.
The panel that killed Luke Bresette and injured his family
members is believed to have weighed 300 to 400 pounds.
Airport officials met on Saturday, but have not elaborated
on what was being done to prevent another panel from falling.
Mayor William Bell of Birmingham is demanding
that authorities at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport bring him a
report detailing what happened.
