The French Health Ministry said on Sunday that a second
person has tested positive for the deadly novel coronavirus.

The World Health Organization said on Sunday that the NCoV has
likely spread between humans, but “only after prolonged contact”.
Of the 30 cases that have emerged since 2012, the NCoV has killed at least 18 people in the Middle East
and Europe.
