Designer Miguel Caballero has created MC Kids, a line of
bulletproof clothing products for kids.
Caballero said he received a number of calls from parents
after the Sandy Hook shooting and in turn he introduced the line.
The designer announced his plan for the clothes line earlier
this year with an estimated price tag in the thousands for certain items.
He’s joined other companies that have seen a rise in
interest in protective wear for kids.
