Building Collapse Kills At Least 4, Injures Others

A building in downtown Philadelphia collapsed onto a neighboring store Wednesday and killed at least four people.

The four-story building fell on a two-story building that was home to a Salvation Army Thrift Store.

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter said a woman was trapped under the debris for two hours, but later was able to escape.

She and 13 others suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital.
