Northeast Snowstorm




Another storm brought power outages that hit hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses in the northeastern states.

With 50 mile per hour winds, the storm brought heavy snow to areas such as Newark, New Jersey, which received a record 2 inches.

This storm comes only a week after the events of Hurricane Sandy.

 The Associated Press reports two deaths in relation to this storm.

The storm has brought a total snowfall of 3.7 inches in Providence, Rhode Island and continues to affect the New England area.
