Usoyan was shot in the jaw and then taken to a hospital
where he latter died in his coma.
The Washington Post reports that this war was over
construction projects that allegedly involved the 2014 Winter Olympics.
The 75-year-old had built an empire that reaches far across
the Soviet Union and was known for trafficking illegal drugs and weapons.
The deceased began his professionalism with crime after
being convicted in 1956 and comes from a group of skilled criminals.
