Should someone die and was a user of Google’s services, the company has released a feature that will let the user tell Google what to do with their accounts.

Services such as Gmail, Google Plus, and Blogger could be completely deleted or perhaps have their data sent to a specific person.

The “Inactive Account Manager” will tell Google to perform the desired action indicated by the user after three, six, or nine months of inactivity.

In a blog post made about the feature, Google said “we hope that this new feature will enable you to plan your digital afterlife.”
